It's important to understand how the hanger web of a truck functions when turning. The bushings, located on the top and bottom, receive pressure from the hanger web, causing one side to compress while the other moves away from the kingpin. This is known as a "single action" bushing, as only one side works at a time.

The BONES Soft Bushings in blue contain a central HardCore insert that securely connects both sides of the bushing. When the hanger web applies pressure to one side, the bond prevents the bushing from compressing on the opposite side, providing increased resistance to turning.
